Usage terms for DuoFounder services.

1. Scope

These terms govern access to and use of DuoFounder services (AI co-founder support, operational infrastructure, consulting, and related deliverables).

2. Nature of services

  • Services combine AI systems and human execution.
  • Services are provided as available, within reasonable technical limits.
  • No guarantee of specific financial or business outcomes.
  • Services include optional AI-powered session analysis that reviews your conversations to provide insights and improve the platform.

3. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate context, materials, and timely feedback.
  • Validate legal/financial critical decisions independently.
  • Keep backups of essential business data.
  • Do not use services for illegal or abusive activities.

4. Pricing and payments

  • Website pricing is informational; final commercial terms are contractual.
  • Late payments may cause service suspension.
  • Applicable taxes/fees follow governing law and contract terms.

5. Intellectual property and confidentiality

Clients keep rights to their own input materials.

Deliverable rights transfer under agreed commercial terms.

Both parties must protect confidential information; NDA may apply.

6. Liability and termination

To the extent permitted by law, DuoFounder is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Either party may suspend/terminate collaboration according to contractual terms.

7. Data processing and session analysis

As part of the service, DuoFounder stores and processes your conversations with your AI co-founder. This data is used to deliver the service and, with your consent, to perform automated session analysis.

Session analysis is optional and requires your explicit consent. You can enable or disable it at any time through your dashboard settings.

Conversation data may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers for processing. DuoFounder selects providers that commit to not using customer data for model training.

You are responsible for the content you share in conversations. Do not share sensitive personal data of third parties, trade secrets, or legally privileged information through the service without appropriate safeguards.
