DuoFounder provides AI co-founder services, operational infrastructure, and consulting for business and product execution.

2. Data we collect

• Contact data (name, email, company, role, form data).
• Operational data (messages, briefs, tasks, files, shared context).
• Technical data (IP, session identifiers, device/browser, security logs).
• Commercial data (selected plan, invoicing details, contractual history).
• Conversation data (messages exchanged with your AI co-founder, session metadata, and AI-generated analysis results).

3. Why we use data

• To deliver contracted services and operate AI workflows.
• To provide support, monitoring, and quality improvements.
• To meet legal obligations and protect legitimate interests.
• To analyze your sessions (with your consent) and provide you with actionable insights about your progress.
• To process conversations through AI systems for automated analysis, quality assurance, and service improvement.

4. Data sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with providers required to deliver services, under confidentiality safeguards.

Data may be processed outside your country depending on infrastructure providers, with appropriate safeguards.

Conversation data may be processed by third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic) through their APIs for the purpose of session analysis. These providers process data under their own data processing agreements and do not use your data for training their models.

5. Security and retention

We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

We retain data only as long as necessary for service delivery, legal obligations, security, and dispute handling.

6. Your rights

• Access, correction, deletion (where applicable).
• Restriction/objection and portability (where applicable).
• Right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority.

7. Session analysis

With your explicit consent, DuoFounder periodically analyzes your conversations with your AI co-founder using automated AI systems. This analysis identifies patterns, tracks progress, spots potential issues, and generates actionable insights.

You can access your own analysis results through the DuoFounder dashboard. Analysis may also be used in aggregate (across multiple founders) to improve the platform.

The DuoFounder team may occasionally review conversations directly to provide better support, investigate issues, or improve service quality.

You can enable or disable session analysis at any time from your dashboard settings. Disabling it means your conversations will no longer be analyzed, and no new analysis will be generated. Existing analysis results remain accessible.

Session analysis consent is independent from your agreement to the Terms of Service — you can use DuoFounder without enabling session analysis.
