1. Your Code Is Always Yours

Every line of code written by your DuoFounder AI agent belongs to you — fully, unconditionally, and from day one.

All source code is stored in a private code repository that you have full access to. You can view every file, every change, and every commit at any time. If you decide to stop working with DuoFounder for any reason, you take your code with you. No questions asked.

2. How We Get You Live Fast

To get your first product live in minutes rather than days, DuoFounder automatically provisions and configures a set of third-party services on your behalf — including hosting, database, and deployment infrastructure — on accounts that we manage.

This is intentional: it removes all the friction of setup so your agent can start building immediately.

The services we provision on your behalf may include:

• A private code repository for your source code
• Frontend hosting and deployment infrastructure
• Backend services and APIs
• Database infrastructure
• DNS and domain routing

3. Transferring Services to Your Own Accounts

At any point — not just when leaving — you can request a full transfer of all services to accounts that you own and control.

We will:

• Help you create the necessary accounts on each platform
• Transfer or re-deploy all services under your ownership
• Update all configuration so everything continues to work exactly as before
• Remove DuoFounder's access once you confirm the transfer is complete

4. When You Leave

If you choose to end your subscription, we provide a 30-day transition period at no additional cost, during which we:

• Provide you with a full export of your code and project documentation
• Assist with migrating all infrastructure to your own accounts
• Hand off any relevant context, decisions, and product history

5. Partnership Arrangements

If you are working with DuoFounder under a revenue-share or equity partnership agreement, the terms above still apply. In addition, any IP ownership, equity structure, and exit terms will be explicitly defined in your partnership contract, which takes precedence over this general policy.

6. What We Retain

DuoFounder retains:

• The underlying platform, infrastructure, and tooling that powers the service
• Internal operational knowledge and templates not specific to your business
• The right to describe the engagement in general terms (e.g., as a case study), unless you request otherwise
